Pred kratkim smo prejeli povpraševanje v katerem je stranka želela naročiti naše storitve izdelave UFI kod in PCN notifikacij za tekoče milo za roke.
Ampak ali tekoče milo sploh potrebuje UFI kodo?
Odgovor je NE. Milo za roke namreč zapade pod področje kozmetične in ne kemične zakonodaje. Posledično ta proizvod ne potrebuje UFI kode in izvedene PCN notifikacije.
V členu 2 Uredbe št. 1223/2009 o kozmetičnih izdelkih je zapisana definicija:
" „kozmetični izdelek“ pomeni katero koli snov ali zmes, namenjeno stiku z zunanjimi deli človeškega telesa (povrhnjico, lasiščem, nohti, ustnicami in zunanjimi spolnimi organi) ali z zobmi in sluznico ustne votline zaradi izključno ali predvsem njihovega čiščenja, odišavljenja, spreminjanja njihovega videza, njihovega varovanja, ohranjanja v dobrem stanju ali korekcije telesnega vonja."
