Kaj je UFI koda?
UFI koda (Unikatna identifikacijska koda formule) je 16-znakovna alfanumerična koda, ki je zahtevana za nevarne zmesi. Deluje kot unikatni identifikator, ki povezuje zmes s specifičnimi informacijami o njeni sestavi, kar pomaga centrom za zastrupitve in reševalcem v primeru nesreč.
Ali moram UFI vključiti na etiketo svojega izdelka?
Da, za nevarne zmesi mora biti UFI koda na etiketi ali v neposredni bližini drugih označevalnih elementov na embalaži. Ta zahteva je skladna s Prilogo VIII Uredbe CLP.
Vendar pa obstajajo nekatere izjeme:
Zmesi samo za industrijsko uporabo: Če je zmes namenjena izključno za uporabo na industrijskih lokacijah, se lahko UFI koda navede v varnostnem listu (SDS) v oddelku 1.1, namesto na etiketi ali embalaži.
Nepakirane zmesi: Za zmesi, ki niso pakirane, mora biti UFI koda vključena v varnostnem listu (SDS) v oddelku 1.1.
Za nenevarne zmesi je vključitev UFI na etiketi prostovoljna in ni zahtevana z uredbo.
