This document describes when to register and update the registration dossier of a substance under REACH. These document cover detailed guidance for a range of essential REACH processes as well as for some specific scientific or technical methods that industry and authorities need to make use of under REACH.
So, the aim of this guidance is to assist industry in determining which tasks and obligations have to be complied with to fulfil their registration requirements under REACH.
